Savoy Lloret de Mar

... this period of year there are mostly aged people resting there, however I noticed there a lot of clubs near the beaches, so I consider that in summer this town is full of students. The beaches are sandy and what is important all those beaches are public. And one more thing - there are NO PRIVATE BEACHES in Lloret de Mar!

... I can improve! It´s weird starting from a really low base again, the same as with my spanish in Madrid. Time´s going quickly now, and I can´t believe my first week´s over already.

At the weekend I might go into Barcelona with some other trainees or maybe go swimming as there´s a pool in granollers. Got my first assignment to do as well, seems a bit tricky but I think I´ll be able to handle it. Anyway, I hope you´re all doing well!

... at Roses looked much better with a lot more seafood included.

After lunch we set off up to the castle, inside its walls are numerous little houses which are still inhabited, although the satellite dishes were rather incongruous! After all this exercise it was time for a cocktail followed by a spot of shopping before eventually heading back to L’Escala.

As if the Dali Museum wasn't cool enough, the next stop was two little villages on the Mediterranean coast called Portlligat and Cadaques. Dali lived in Portlligat and his house has since been turned into a museum, complete with big eggs on the roof (Dali was big on big eggs-they were all over the place at the Dali Museum). Sitting on the balcony now having caviar, beer and cheese with my sister and wife....does not get much better than this for our annivesary!!!

... has a patio on the roof with a gorgeous view of the old town. It would be great to hang out but I only have an hour or so before sunset to see the city. Again, I walk along the top of the town wall's fortifications. At sunset, I made it to a great overlook of the 14th-century cathedral. It is supposed to have an amazing interior but I am far too late. I just enjoy the sunset behind the cathedral with the mountains as a backdrop.

... with looks and personality) it failed. We tried our luck with the next group of people who happened to be all boys. Finally we had some friends. We united this group of boys with the group of girls we attempted to meet and made a super party with alcohol, shesha, sunset. However, the party was short lived because the girls were ugly.

... busted into a campsite to enjoy some free entertainment. We danced like fools amongst people on family holidays. After taking it up a peg and getting up on stage the DJ started to play happy birthday!!!! unfortunately no one joined in due to a lack of popularity gained from dancing offensively and clearing the dance floor by smelling really really bad. Although all was good because a group of mums asked olly to take his top off.

... La Rambla, and it was very reasonably priced. More importantly, there are beautiful girls all around. We walked to the beach today to relax and when we got there we noticed that most of them were not only beautiful but also naked, or almost anyway.....and I was disgusted. Don´t worry mom I kept my eyes closed the whole 4 hours we were there. Most of these places ...
