      ... mosaic tiles and lots of little bars and restaurants. All old but mostly well maintained. Main piazza and duomo had medieval look and were huge.       ... and was a lot more strenuous than I had expected. We prepared the filling for the tortelloni - mashed baked pumpkin, nutmeg (the nutmeg grater was very nifty) and parmigiana. Next we cleaned and prepared zucchini flowers and the filling - ricotta, parmigiana, salt and some mortadella. And then we stuffed the zucchini flowers - they looked superb.       ... in Bologna. I had a late lunch and went for a starter - fried bread with soft cheese and cold cuts. I also added a salad. It was huge.
