The Sixth Day (Denver)

A travel blog entry by isabellerose13 on Dec 24, 2013

We woke up and went upstairs to have some really nice pancakes for breakfast. Then Dad, Chris and I went to Jax and then the lab. Jax was a outdoors store which sold fishing gear and bait which is what we needed to get. Near the car park there was a field where there were heaps of really cute prairie dogs digging holes on the ground and wagging their little tails. Chip has a new black, shiny boat that ploughs through the water at breakneck speed. Thank goodness the canopy offered plenty of shade from a fierce sun. Chris's feet didn't escape and turned a pretty ...

... on the Montreal blog all day at the Leaches house. I worked on it for hours and finally posted the blog at 4pm.

We went to Cocetti’s house to see Dena and Davy, their other kids, and have dinner with everyone again. It was a beautiful chaos with everyone crowding the kitchen or out on the back deck while Dave finished cooking homemade pasta and sauce, meatballs, and a zucchini bake while Pat helped everyone get wine and wine glasses. Gail made one of her ...
