... started to pass some amazing little stone huts on the edge of the paddocks tied into the rock walls. About another 15 minutes and we had entered the town of Alberobello - home to a UNESCO listed village of these "Trullo" that were used as houses. We got out of the car and went for a quick explore through the small township, the buildings and their condition were amazing, so different to all the old towns that we had seen so far!

Saturday was quite an interesting day. It started with me waking up at 5 a.m. Worried that we might have a parking fine. Today dad and I played trivia .One question was "What was the signature food of split?" I said banana split but my dad did not believe me but I was right. Lunch time was fantastic!
