      Being one quarter Slovak, I am bound to be a little biased about Slovakia and Slovak people. I will attempt to recount my time in this wonderful country without too much more hyperbole than I would normally use.       ... after which we could barely move. The restaurant was completely idyllic; it smelled of woods smoke and was filled to the brim with Polish charm.       To top it off, it was almost 70 degrees F. the day we arrived, an unseasonably warm day in mid October. I just read that it was the warmest September on record, averaging worldwide temperatures. And given our luck with weather, October might be also.
