... spicy prawns in a tamarind sauce and was surprised to be served just a couple of prawns and a lot of soft shelled crab. It was very good but not quite what I was expecting. Back in Khao Lak I finished the evening at Ska Bar. Quite a breeze had got up and the locals were all complaining that it was cold.

... Between the four of us we soon had everything sorted but the morning was marred by my being extremely clumsy and getting a nasty burn on my thumb from the hot glue gun. I held it under running water and was able to peel off the glue but then watched as the area turned initially white and then formed a big blister.
