... front desk on the phone, it turned out the minibus would get us to our destination but via several bus stations......hence the Thai term "same-same", and as Mason and I refer to it as "same-same but different". Needless to say that is why we're in a private taxi now....which happens to be a minibus but one that won't make transfers....with the radio playing Thai cover music to American music all the way from rock to country to rap to reggae.
