I bought some tickets back in March to go see my niece's daughter (would she be my grand niece???) Caitlyn Smith perform in her home town of Cannon Falls, MN. She now hails from Nashville and has written song recorded by a plethora of country celebs to numerous to mention.
We didn't take ol Charlie along on this trip cuz she was still recovering from her trip up from Phoenix. It was just as well because it was windy, cloudy and ...
... soon we started to hear Art yell “Liam, stop hitting your sister”. Once again, couldn’t tell you how many times this was yelled but it also a lot. Today is day 20 of our journey! We are starting out from Sioux City, SD on our way to Minnesota. Elko New Market is the name of the town. Small but charming! The moment we got here (at 4:00 p.m) we were greeted to a monster squall and sirens on the TV to let us know that we were in a tornado warning! Oh great! But, as luck would have it, after our brief squall out comes the sun and no tornados or even much thunder or lightning. Thanks for the thunderous welcome!
