... today as it was the Buddhas birthday. Typical timing! We had a pretty chilled day by the pool again then had a walk around town to get organised for tomorrow's full moon party. T-shirts, neon paint and UV flowers, we were going all out. Whilst in town we called for some food as it was getting pretty late. I ate at a Greek restaurant just for a change from noodles and rice. However the 11:30 train was sold out so we had to buy tickets for the 14:20 (luckily we were able to get a train). This meant hanging around in a dodgey area for 4 hours though. We walked to a nearby hotel where we got lunch and sat in their air conditioned restaurant ...

... restaurant as us that evening and then staying at a hostel 2 doors down in koh phangan so naturally invited them for drinks too to finally meet them! We had plenty of buckets to keep us going through the night and it was the night of the World Cup final so that was playing on a massive screen on the beach too. Me and Aoife headed home first just before it got light but we came home to find the window in the door of our hut had been smashed, our door open and blood ...
