    ... In fact, I don't think either of us will be able to stomach another carbonara for quite some time , the result was that unappetizing!

    After a few Bear Grills style antics (with our kitchen knife) oto make the mismatched plug and cords to fit, we realised that the power plug to our campsite hadn't been activated. We we took the long walk up the hill to the 'TV room' where we sat on the balcony, computer and tablet charging, and updated our blog and photos.

We knew after leaving Sanremo that there wouldn't be time to go to Eze as well as Monaco, so opted to go look at the rich and famous.     More driving today as we travelled to France. We went through a million tunnels to get from Switzerland to the "Cote D'Azure". One expensive highway. Nice is nice. I'm glad we're dropping the car here. Street lanes are half a car width wide as motorcycles and buses make their own. I'd have a heart attack driving in Rome.     ... the quay des estats uni which features the main beach that eventually becomes les promenade Anglais. The view from here is stunning, a towering cliff with a waterfall to our left, the beach out front and the hustle and bustle of nice to our right. We stop to admire the view and take photos.
