... took us around half an hour past bars, shops, restaurant and of course a monstrous casino before we even got outside! And that's just our hotel! The strip itself is a hive of activity. All the lights, sounds and smells are a real assault on the senses. It's not everyone's cup of tea here but I love this place. It's party time all the time and it's my kind of city.

... to visit. For those of you that are Vegas Virgins, the Stratosphere is an incredibly tall building that has rides at the top. I think it may even have a bungee jump...if you can do it in Vegas why would you want to do it anywhere else?
The city does seem to appear out of nowhere; like a mirage in a desert and the heat hits you as you come out of your comfortable, air-conditioned car.
