... a successful first evening coming out on top. We then headed to 'Blondies' sports bar in the shopping complex to watch the game 7 NBA matches and have some dinner. The food there was very average and was expensive for what you actually got. We have to go through the casino to get to our hotel rooms so we couldnt help ourselves and gambled a few extra hands before retiring to bed.

Ember said they were refurbishing the old Vegas to make it more appealing. There is a park called Container Park. This was constructed by different sized container trailers. This morning Rosie woke up with a sore throat and a head-ache- uh-oh, maybe a cold after yesterday's visit to the Grand Canyon. Angus went down to Walgreens (the pharmacy / drugstore) and picked up a couple of options for throat-spray and some Tylenol (panadol). Then after a quick dosing off we went to walk parts of the strip, particularly to get down to the M&M and Coke shops.
