... mostly seafood – some we have never seen before. 3 beers later and full stomachs, we staggered back to our ‘room with a view’ and collapsed in bed. Thank god for siesta!

June 9 Wow! Granada is a beautiful city (and the gypsy's are more like harmless middle aged Spanish women who do not resemble the toothless witches I was imagining them to be.) We did a tour of town while our room was being readied. The streets are all cobblestone and very narrow. They are really on,y big enough for barely one car. We are so glad we didn't rent a car. ... of chocolate). It was THE best thing I have tasted in my life!!!

Had great Tapas like chorizo, roasted potato, cheeses and the nicest calamari. The sangria was so nice and we had it pretty much every day. They love their Tapas and every second place is a Tapas bar. The aim of the game is to have 1 glass of beer or wine and try one dish then move to the next Tapas bar and so on.

The Spanish usually eat lunch around 3pm and dinner ...
