... the stars we made a point of wanting to see (for me this included Audrey Hepburn, lassie, Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse to name but a few)! We walked all the way down as far as the Dolby Theatre to see the foot/hand prints and the street entertainers. This included about 6 Spider-Man, 3 Michael Jackson's, some transformers and other interesting takes on super heroes. One guy seemed confused as he was dressed as Spider-Man but ...

... lunches in New Orleans. It's always a good fallback when we couldn't find a suitable place to eat in a new town. There were about a dozen subway stores on Canal street alone, and they are everywhere throughout USA, even in the small towns. The other stop was El Paso where we didn't have to get off the plane but were allowed to change seats after the people getting off had disembarked and before the others started boarding. ... who gave us the pass and she said come back at 1.30 and I will know by then if we have room for you. The next 15 minutes was nerve racking, lots of people were turning up and getting their tickets, just as 1.30 struck the group of 4 boys walked in just in front of us, we all quickly got through security and walked up to the young girl who had a big smile and told us we will all the able to be in the audience. I was so pumped, we got our tickets, Conan wrist bands and a group number and ...
