We depaart Rome at 11:30 am on flight AC5352 and arrive in Toronto at 3:15 pm local time, a flying time of 9.5 hours. We then have a 6 hour and 35 minute layover in Toronto.

We landed a few minutes late but are once again back in Canada, aa friend from Saskatoon met us at the airport to pass the time.

Our flight back to Saskatoon departs at 9:50 pm and arrives in Saskatoon at 11:18 pm local time, a flight length of about 3 hours.

We will be riding on one of the 'Eurostar' trains which can do about 350 km/h.

Mi scoosy, mi scoosy... So touchy, they are so touchy. MOVING ON!” The paintings and sculptures were all magnificent, especially once you take into account the sheer volume, but still as fantastic as everything was, it wasn’t as earth-shatteringly epically life changing as I guess I expected it to ...

... up to one of our favourite streets, via delle Copelle to have lunch at Maccheroni on Piazza delle Copelle, 44. We got a nice shady table outdoors and ordered trofie al tartufo nero (trofie pasta with black truffles), and prosciutto di parma with buffalo mozzarella. We also got an insalata mista (mixed salad) to share. The pasta dish was unfortunately made with a cream sauce which I didn’t know at the time as it wasn’t listed on the menu, so I ...
