    Hi All, It has been a busy few days here! We have been working with many beautiful children who welcome us with big smiles and strong hand grips - they dont want to let you go! There are 86 children here attending the school with 48 from Eagles Wings Homes (also funded by COAT the Australian Charity).     On Monday we visited the Longsheng Terraced Rice Fields which were way up in the mountains it was awesome and then we learned how to make Bamboo Stuffed Rice, and had a country lunch at a Jinkeng Local Farmer's Restaurant.
