... zoo and the water park are considered the 1st and 4th best tourist attractions in Guangzhou. It was super busy on the train to get there and people were everywhere when we arrived but after a brief scare with the cashier taking our credit card away somewhere out of sight we were in the safari zoo and it was surprisingly vacant. It was an incredibly large area and we made our way walking around seeing the monkeys, meerkats, pygmy hippos, elephants, pandas, giraffes and many ...

... The big shopping area was very close. But, you never would have known it if you walked around the local streets. It just all of a sudden smacks you in the face! We all got a few things there. Today we experienced Hannah's city. The first stop on our tour was Hannah's orphanage. Our last trip here was 10 years ago so we were anxious to see the changes and hopeful for what the day would bring. As we pulled up the drive, I thought we were at the wrong place, it looked all new and the two massive statues were gone. The orphanage had statues of a woman and a child out front. When the assistant director, Wendy, came out to greet us, she confirmed we were in ...
