... to think that there was nothing to this ocean cruising.

Silly us. Foolish us. Naive us. It ended up being one heck of a ride and surely one that we will not forget for a long, long time. Turns out that although the rains did not hit us, the storms that missed us energized the winds causing them to escalate to 20-30 mph, with some gusts in excess of 40 mph. We found a table at the bar by the pool and sat to eat our breakfast. Then we went back to the room, packed, checked out, and checked ...

... for a while. Had an ice cream cone. Ron got a hamburger. There is bingo at 2:45 p.m. so we went and purchased our game pieces. We did not win bingo, but one lady incorrectly called bingo when she didn't have it and had to do the chicken dance!

Ron and Nancy played the horse races and won $19, then we met up again for another round of trivia. This time, we did a lot better, getting 13.5 out of ...

... one huge slab of meat loses its tastiness as you eat more and more and ultimately becomes a bit of chore trying to finish it. Obviously, if the serving sizes were half, then the meal would be much better. Now, I could only eat half the meal but as human beings, we generally try to finish whats in front of us and I'm no exception. The red velvet cake for dessert was fantastic so great way to ...
