    ... and manikins. This year the theme was Food. There was a tree full of kitchenware, soft toys being cooked, a walking buffet and a chef on a pole in the sky. I had an appropriate diabetic moment in the midst of all the food decorations and we had to stop for an early lunch.

    We rose early for the day trip to Deventer. Our train was scheduled to leave Centraal Station at 9:01 am but we found out that the rapid train didn't run on Sunday's so we took a connection through Utrecht.

    ... 7 minutes I was away when at the same time I could feel the first rain drops. Heading east the sky cleared somewhat until… the road went south before turning east again.
