    ... faulty radio in his Volvo replaced. In the dark I saw him wandering around the windows and moving things around, and finally asked what was going on. Well, it was water! Water coming in 3 places and covering the wide sill before pouring onto the floor. We grabbed towels and cleaned it up and hope there is no more rain tonight!     ... back to the car. Then we saw on the map that Plum Island is here so on down main street and crossed onto the island. There are lots of huge homes on the northern part of this skinny island. This is a place that constantly loses homes to tidal and ocean storms and think the government should replace the homes and shore up the sand banks.
