An early start this morning and as usual we got an earlier train , which was boarding in 5 mins, so we arrived in Dover before we had left France.
The worst thing that struck us was the awful state of the English roads. The concrete M20 is diabolical. What on earth foreign visitors must think - its an awful welcome to the country.
The Spanish road system is superb and the French roads were all open in snow and ice.

... an open air cafe owned by an Irishman from Belfast who offered free wifi! So a drink and a catch up later we went back to the craft market bought another shirt and then headed home for lunch. As we neared the port taxi with only about 4 onboard was looking for additional passengers at only $25 for two people for a two hour tour. Anne"s house at Satchell Farm, 69 Satchell Lane - Anne's part of the house is the rear part and the door you can see is her Front Door. The house was built in the 1750's so Simon has to watch is head in a few places and the floors have a bit of a lean.
