... as far as we where led to believe.
Ordered our ferry tickets and day spa, wandered a bit further and found a cafe with Strongbow on tap so stopped for lunch. The boys caught us up and joined us for awhile. Went out the back of the restaurant looking for a WC and found some guys with a 6 litre bottle of vodka. It was huge.

... to George and he told us his love story he bought us a round of shots. Ouzo for the boys and peach schnapps for the girls. Then Constantine decided he needed to give us shots too. A round of strawberry schnapps.
Then we went over to the supermarket to meet Mary. She still sounds like an Aussie.
Back to the studios where the boys drank half a bottle of ouzo

... down the road for lovely dinner, back to the supermarket for the bits we forgot before heading back to our beds. I very cleverly body planted myself on the road. Gonna have a beautiful bruise on my knee, wrist is pretty sore up to my elbow. Don't think it's broken ...

... and again hired a bike and checked out the island. We searched high and low for the view with the blue top domes you see on every advertisement for Greece, and could only find it in souvenir paintings. I swear it's photoshopped and made up. Santorini however was pretty with the rock cliffs and nice views. Lastly we are in Kos, we took a 1am ferry, arriving at 5am so decided to stay a day and sleep before heading onto Turkey. ... most of the statues, columns and marble is actually now incorporated into the kos castle there is not much left on site. Kos castle (actually a fortress) benefits greatly from this, by being a fascinating mosaic of Greek antiquity combined with crusader fortifications and crests.
