... own. We drove to outer Launceston where Ana said the dumpsters were better, as they're not usually locked.

The first one we tried had black plastic bags full of meat, which was pretty gross, but down the bottom Erin and Ana extracted packaged baked goods, breads and 11 bottles of chilli sauce in perfect condition. A guy drove up and warned us the cops had been called, so we left to try the next supermarket. This one was even better and yielded pumpkins, tomatoes, cucumbers ...
Launceston, Tasmania, Australia cheli... Our lodgings were a self-contained unit attached to their daughter’s home at Riverside. It was up a very steep road, so steep that buses do not attempt it, so Marian had left two cars for us to use. But the very steepness meant that we had a lovely view, and Ron had already lit a fire, so the place was very warm and welcoming. Ron and Kay came in for a coffee, and somehow we got talking about the blitz, during WW2 in London. Ron and two of his sisters ...
Launceston, Tasmania, Australia karana... there really are drunk pigs hehehe. We stopped off at the St Columbus falls. Tiredness finally got the better of us and we went to bed after some dinner and some Devils Puke wine! The next day we went into to Launceston and walked around the Cataract Gorge which was nice and rode the chairlift across the gorge. On the way back to Scotsdale we stopped off at some wineries. Tomorrow we are off to the Tarkine which we are looking forward to.
Launceston, Tasmania, Australia mattdonna... sleeping and watching TV. Those people who are 'traveling' but aren't really traveling should do what Hillary should do and just go home (too soon?). All I have to say to those people is, try working in a demanding job for a while and toiling and... I mean, gaining valuable work experience in a team-oriented environment with a high level of exposure to diverse organizations. Then they will definitely get off their lazy ***** and do something, I'm sure of it ...
Launceston, Australia joeleeis... on the top floor of a converted convent with views over the city and the Tamar river. Apparently all accommodation has either 'boutique' or 'heritage' in its description. After presenting myself on the balcony to the citizens of Launceston, it was time for my first run of the holiday to shed a few pounds and get fitter.....well 10 minutes is a start anyway!! One of the main and probably only immediate attractions in ...
Launceston, Australia tatts... characters, second place winners Ash, Lil, Jess and Kels as Fat Seedy Truckers, third place was Meg, Peta, Jen and Emily as NSW skanks and finally Cat, Juanita, Sally and Alex went in Toga theme. We got a lot of strange looks as we walked to dinner! The pictures should explain why. Not long to go now, we will see you all soon! xoxo
Launceston, Australia hockeyactgirls... whilst another one stinking of bourbon and coke exlained how he used to turn out for the Wallabies; we were later to find out that the latter was a resident at the British Hotel. While keeping a keen eye on the Aussie Open tennis final and the Aus-NZ clash at the WACA, Perth, former Sydneysider Mr. Ferguson told us how the Hotel was his retirement plan, and how much he was enjoying life in Tassie. As the night progressed he ...

Tasmanien, 2. Teil, Australia schabby... movie theatre, and were planning on going to a movie tonight, but we (I) then got distracted and we were too late. Doesn't matter. We had a great evening walking around the Cataract Gorge and the weather was superb! The sun is supposed to stick around until tomorrow afternoon. The Gorge Walk was quite an adventure, as you would expect from us. We started off walking up a set of stairs by the gorge. I assumed these would lead to a ...
