    ... and then went off tobaganning down at the local college! Was really fun! then we went to the lake and went and played in the snow!! :) Lisa took me out for lunch on the Tuesday to me mikes and had some really yum burgers ;) The next few days went really fast by and it was sad having to leave already! I didn't want to leave was having such a good time! But it was a great surprise for my family they were shocked and we all had some rally good catch ups ...

    ... of year may have played a factor in how quiet it was. We stopped at the store and got lottery tickets. Maybe Kitamaat Village will become our favourite place if we win!
    On our way back towards Terrace we stopped at Hirsch Creek Park for a few minutes. There are salmon in the river there, too.

    We left home at 2pm yesterday. Jerry had worked a night shift and slept for a few hours before we set off. We had a quiet drive, I guess with the kids back in school this could be a fairly quiet relaxing trip. We saw an elk in Jasper, a deer further along and a beautiful bull moose near Prince George.
