Hopefully, getting through security will be good and easy and the flight will be boring. I wonder what the quality of food now is like on the airplane... I must admit, I'm one of the weird people that enjoy airline food!

So although I am prepared for the foreboding chill that I know is on its way, I feel a sense of tranquility in this moment. One last warm hug from summer before the winter cover quiets the streets. This pause between the transformation between life and death is powerful. And this time I feel it.

... The food at the restaurant at the hotel was nothing to write home about but the waitress was absolutely charming. Try looking for somewhere else to eat. Breakfast is bread and more bread like every other meal. If you want a big breakfast; find a McDonalds!

I dream, every nite in the softness of my sheets...that I will be strong and endure. I imagine that I will be a muscle machine anticipating the postures like a puma it's prey. I know this sounds ultra dramatic...but when you are challenging yourself...no holds barred. Grateful for tenacity.

Last night I didn't sleep so well because I started having some very active crazy dreams. I woke up at 6am feeling quite frazzled and probably shouldn't have gone back to sleep. But I did anyway.
