Well, the bus driver didn't show up for work today, so we were all stuck in Grande Prairie for two or three hours.

... on to make history. We will attempt to climb through the lower Himalaya's up the Khumbu Valley to Everest Base Camp and then to the summit of Kala Pataar. Although Kala Pataar is a small peak by Himalayan standars, its summit sits at an impressive 5643m (18,514ft), higher than the tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies!

... ihm kollidieren. Der zweite schlenderte gemütlich auf der Strasse bevor er uns sah und dann ruckzuck in den nahen Wald flüchtete. Es ist schon cool solche Tiere aus der Nähe zu sehen, vorallem wenn man in einem sicheren Auto sitzt.

Bei rund Kilometer 5000 haben wir dann in High Level zum ersten mal unser Auto gewaschen. Es war auch ziemlich nötig, da die Front einem Massaker glich ...
