      ... tongue at the doctor and I am certain Mum didn't own one. So first of all the nurse assumed I knew what to do. I didn't. First go I held the thermometer and said "sorry what do I do". I was instructed to put it under by tongue. Second go I said sticking my tongue out "like this?" and placed the thermometer on top of my tongue. Laughing, she demonstrated.       ... this gym are:

      1) Group fitness classes that are available in the morning. I realised that I missed BodyPump, my regular Tuesday and Thursday (and Friday night or Saturday or Sunday morning) class. Talisman offers GroupPower which is very, very similar to BodyPump. I went to a class on the Wednesday of the snow storm to try it out and was sold. GroupPower is on 3 mornings per week which is great and also in some afternoons.

      ... is a fairly barren landscape with some of the weirdest looking country I have ever seen. It has lots of really odd erosion patterns in some rocks and rocks and soils of many different colors and textures. Very unique and fascinating terrain.
