... this gym are:
1) Group fitness classes that are available in the morning. I realised that I missed BodyPump, my regular Tuesday and Thursday (and Friday night or Saturday or Sunday morning) class. Talisman offers GroupPower which is very, very similar to BodyPump. I went to a class on the Wednesday of the snow storm to try it out and was sold. GroupPower is on 3 mornings per week which is great and also in some afternoons.

... is a fairly barren landscape with some of the weirdest looking country I have ever seen. It has lots of really odd erosion patterns in some rocks and rocks and soils of many different colors and textures. Very unique and fascinating terrain.
Next stop Capital Reef where we had more canyon and rock formations to see and experience. It is now the third week of April and the further north we go the less inviting is the camping in Goldie ...
