... which was actually a cafe. Got our car back a few hours later and cost $280.20 to get it fixed for worn out break pads which Allana and I spilt costs. We set for the long drive ahead of us to Oklahoma City. It was very dry and windy along the way, not much scenery change besides flat land. Tomorrow Diane and I are going to a concert with the New Mexico Philharmonic Orchestra where a Ukrainian artist, Olga Kern, will play the piano. Diane is a lead volunteer with the 'philharmonic', and we both look forward to the concert. On Sunday I will finally leave ABQ and head for Santa Fe.

... amount of trucks that travel these roads. But we made it to Albuquerque and to the motorcycle shop where Ramiro had his rear tire and his front and rear brakes changed.

We decided to stay put in Albuquerque at a Holiday Inn Express, again, and are going to attempt to make it all the way to do the Hoover dam tomorrow, and then commence our treck back east.

Wish us luck tomorrow.
