... It was delicious. After lunch we had a traditional tea making lesson with Patick's mother Elizabeth. Elizabeth has developed a "Tea Project" in the Grosse Walsertal, to ensure that traditional methods are preserved. We were all given specific flowers and plants to collect, then we combined out harvest to produce the desired mix for tea.
