We awoke this morning to bright sunshine streaming in our windows. Looking out it was hard to distinguish the scene from a typical Gold Coast day...but I knew the wind blowing here was not warm - instead it was icy. We were really lucky though, with such beautiful sunshine as we planned to sight see and walk along the promenade as well as out onto the Brighton Pier.

... Millie's school friends mums. I've been on several hen nights and weekends. I'm back to doing the recycling and housework. Hoovering with a crying baby and the weekly grind of deciding what to feed my family, buying it, cooking it with Rupert protesting and then being too fed up to eat it myself.
