The drive to Kelowna was over 200km, hence the early start, but we barrelled along nicely with minimal traffic. ... whine menu and rare expensive liquors.
What a luxury experience. I did realize that after landing, when I had to wait in Toronto for a late plane and the horrible flight of 4 hourse in a plane full of 16 year old teenagers coming back from a class trip.

Luckily Scott got me from Calgary Airport and we could spend the next 6 hour wait sleeping in a hotel room, till we finally arrived in Kelowna on Friday morning.
What a day!

... it in too far!! It provided some amusement.

The tour was actually a really good way to see some of the countryside, the views were spectacular, and we realised our location at the Cove was very unique.

Homeward bound tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing our boys Great holiday; we will return someday.
