... it was too good to only stay one night and headed back to the office to reserve our site for another night. Unfortunately the site we were in was already booked so we had to pack up and move a couple of sites down. This one as not a pull through and even a little narrow but Kaitlyn crushed the back in and we quickly set back up. We headed back to the mainland to pick up some supplies for the evening. ... goodbye to our new friends. Two of them where abotu to stay at Savannah for a night and then go on travelling towards the west coast, what I regard very exciting. Unfortunately we had to go to work the next day, so we had to drive back to Charlotte.
The whole weekend was really fun, we saw a lot of cool things, spent some really relaxing hours at the beach, had good food and we had enjoyed the whole weekend very much.

... was the end point of Sheridan’s March to the Sea in the Civil War, spared destruction when the city fathers surrendered rather than suffer a siege and destruction of their city.
