Our stop for the evening was the town of Peniscola – and yes I laugh every time I say it! Hee hee!!! It had a long sandy beach and the old fort town was on the peninsular at the end of the beach up on a hill. We found about a dozen campers parked at the bottom of the old town and made ourselves at home. Being out of season the place was pretty quiet. Bought some provisions ...

Castellon, our last destination. Small Mediterranean town with mountain, sea and good food, charming villages found inside, as ...
This town was really in the middle of nowhere. There was a huge windstorm and the town was super dead, except for a bunch of seniors at the bar down by the beach. We hung out there to use their internet and to watch an episode of Frasier in english. Not our most exciting day. We tried to rent mountain bikes at our resort but they had put them away for the winter... it was like 20 degrees out!
Les Cases d'Alcanar, Catalonia, Spain and Canary Islands debdeb80... towns and villages. The town we went to was just outside of Castellón. Alberto's boss was having people over and he invited us. Basically, since the village doesn't have a bull ring, they block off streets to make a circle, and let the bulls loose. There were two bulls, and each one was let loose for about an hour. Alberto's boss's house was on one of the streets that the bulls ran down, so we had front row seats.

... was followed by a breakfast of warm UHT milk, cheap cornflakes, sand, and salt eaten in a metal tin. Umm. Well lets go to the police station and leave Peniscola for ever.
We found a nice little spot on a farmers field about 20 miles away, no more beaches, no more robberys, no more cola, and certainly, no more penis.
... was littered on the sand he was approached by a small spanish young man who was licking his lips and rubbing his groin suggestively. That is not what you need when you have just been robbed. Alex politely refused the gentlemans offer. After he was rejected by me aswel he carried on walking down the beach. We met some cool French dudes who worked at a Jet ski hut on the beach and we slept there for the rest of the night.
... great pool area located right next to a Mediterranean beach. The sea views from the terrace is pretty stunning. And Alcossebre itself is also far from a typical Syden spot, as there's mostly Spanish tourists around, although it is starting to get popular with people from Northern Europe, especially Norway, England (who of course can locate a needle in a haystack), France, Germany and Holland. Ahhhhhhhhhhh, time for another Sudoko ;-)
