... Pinxos restaurant she, Ev, and Jullie had loved 3 weeks earlier. It was truly amazing and we enjoyed talking with a lovely british couple who now run a B&amp;B in Provence. Judy and the kids had a wet but fun time, as the weather had finally turned south.<br><br>                        <br>

I don't really need to tell you what we did do I? Take one part playground, one part beach, and one part sunset and you have a Kramer day in Biarritz.<br><br>            <br>

Judy spent the day with Pierre, a former wrestler and French Olympic wresting coach (he went with the team to Atlanta) who she had met on the train ride a few days ...

We spent the morning touring our recently discovered Bayonne with the kids and Judy continued exploring during the afternoon ...

San Sebastian is a wicked old town, literally full of tapas restaurants, bars and little shops. Our hostel was right in the middle of it all, it was ridiculously loud at night, but nothing wine and ear plugs can't handle. They have all these tapas laid out on the bars and you pick the ones that look good.... sometimes ...

... excitement.  The camp has a grocery (which must only be open between 4 and 5 in the morning because it's never open) and some bungalows you can rent out with great views of the valley the campsite overlooks.  <br>It took us quite a while to put up the tent we borrowed from a friend of mine from work - it was giant.  A great tent, but I don't think we'll bother putting it up unless we're going to be somewhere for more than one night.  It has a patio, you can stand up ...

... in San Sebastian were basically spent finding food and having a picnic down by the promenade. Staying in the 'Old Town' we were perfectly situated around all the action. Not a small fishing village as previously thought. San Sebastian is a large city filled with public art, unique architecture, beautiful parks, two mountains with castles, a famous spa, a shell shaped beach, and more tapas bars than you could ever 'crawl' into. Ah, the time we shall have!

... we got tzenty of our forty back and left. we now had twenty six euros for two days and two nights: twelve of this we coughed up to store our luggage at the town hall leaving us with fourteen euro for two days and two nights, on day one. Not to mention we hadent eaten in twenty or so hours and pamplona was sixty degrees and getting colder with a chance of rain. nevertheless we were going to rough it with no sleeping bags or tents. We found a good ca,ping spot and layed ...

... while that I'm really here. I'm really in Europe. I'm really in Spain. I'm really five minutes away from the beach and fifteen minutes from the French border...hahhaa...I'm really here for almost two months. I'm really living on my own. I really have my own room..hahaha...and I have to cook for myself!....hahaha...what a spoiled brat..hahahhah....I'm learning though. I'm absolutely improving on my observation skills, which you all know I lack..hahah...continued on next entry...
