This one was right near Vatican City about a 1.5km walk from the hotel, which isn't too far but trying to battle the crazy Roman traffic and lugging our dirty clothes, it sure felt a lot longer!! Needless to say a drink was needed while we waited for the clothes!!! We found a lovely local restaurant called LoveEat were we went our first night, well the first 3!!! ... students in a couple of bedrooms, baths, and an open area with a kitchen and living room, dining area. But the most spectacular part is the outdoor patio which looks over a scrumptuous view. It is the quintessential view that you see in pictures of rural Tuscany. Only we are in Umbria which is next door to Tuscany. It is breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful. Hard to know which would be more enjoyable - our apartmente on the piazza with ...
