    ... for awhile and found the coastal path called Camino de Ronda from the email. We followed it to a 'Secret Cove' called Cala El Golfet. Well the word must have got out as there was hardly a scrap of stony beach to put our towels down but by this time we were so hot we muscled out a patch for our bag and towel and literally threw ourselves into the water.     ... in we had two guys hope on and serenade us half the way - for euros of course. They sung and played the guitar really well so I had to give them some money. Barcelona is a thriving pulsing vibrant city and bloody hot!!! We booked the hop on hop off tourist bus which was great. There was 19 stops on the orange route and 16 stops on the green route.     A M ventured to Cadaques to tour Dali's house . After seeing museum and house I am now an official Dali fan ( wasn't before) Picnic on the way to Girona by way of lovely town of Besalu, and a swim at Banyoles. Stayed 2 nights at Pension Bellmirall .Tapas & Rosata for dinner. Breakfast on patio.

    To the old phrase " only mad dogs and Englishman go out in the midday sun", you may add KNBC cyclists. We headed off from Argele sur mer about 8 and headed down the coast. Spectacular scenery, but the idea that we were finished climbing quickly turned out to be a myth. Each village along the coast involves a descent with a subsequent climb on the other side.
