So by the time Vicki and I had gotten through Ecuador we were familiar with the musical talents of one Prince Royce, a young latin Bachata singer from NY. We heard his songs constantly, along with another latin darling Romeo Santos. By the time made it through Colombia we heard their songs at least 20 times per day. So when we goggled them we were happy to discover that Prince Royce was playing in San Juan, PR on the 5th December and fitting in with our timeline for LA ...

... I Will Survive” at karaoke to get everyone warmed up to me :P The second day was Cinco De Mayo, and I blasted out my Mexican outfit. Cameras were flying, but what surprised me was it was from crew members and not the guests. Only about 5% of guests knew what the holiday was. ... where the guests would board. We introduced them to Lupolo one night and ended up in the back outdoor area. A couple of hours in a guy that had been silently sitting behind us stood up and announced he was going to sing a song. He had an amazing voice, and before you know it Kate jumped in, people started playing the beat on the table and we had the whole outdoor area singing. What an amazing way to end an amazing month in Puerto Rico.

... at the desk, got our seapass cards and boarded the ship. It was about noon by the time we boarded and we sat with our bags by the pool until the cabin's opened up at 1pm. We were not disappointed with our balcony and after unpacking, decided to head to the windjammer to grab a bite before catching some sun by the pool before sailaway.
