We continued on to Radda in Chianti, which is a lovely town, again built on the hills with majestic panoramas. ... fell asleep. Tired!! This afternoon we made.. 2 versions of panna cotta, SO good although I could only sneak a little taste, 2 marmelades to go with it, one fig and one cherry and apricot. Also several versions of pork scallopine with balsamic, one with lemon, one with prosciutto and Parmesan, and one with parsley garlic and lemon..
