Have had another busy day today. Walked the streets of Florence and saw leather shoes and bag shops everywhere. The smell was just awesome and bags were cheap also. Next on the must-see list of Italy was Venice. For pure wow factor alone, this may be one of my all time favorite cities. The island portion of Venice is truly fascinating with no motor vehicles or really even bicycles, because anything with wheels would need to navigate a veritable maze of waterways, bridges, and stairs.
