Today, we went to a beautiful home I Modena where they produce Balsamuc Vinegar over many years. We tasted 7 vinegars that were aged from 15-25 years. They were so unique with subtle differences. They dont sell to shops, but freight to anywhere in the world.

We finished off with a lemon sorbet that I suspect had cream in it. Delicious.

... 11:20 but no passengers got off and they wouldn't let anyone on. Our train arrived at 11:25 and we all got on and left by 11:35am. The passengers for the 10:55 to Venizia were still standing on the platform waiting to get on. Strange train system in Italy.
In the afternoon Anita had a rest in the hotel in Bologna while I went hunting for a dry cleaners as the hotel laundry didn't work over the weekend. I found three dry cleaners but two were ...

So, off we went.... But I must have chosen the wrong road because there ...
