I often suggest to people that Jennifer is a very lucky woman to have a man like me. My friends, though, laugh hysterically and suggest that I am batting well above my weight...and time spent in Italy suggests I am batting at a very high average. My friends are very correct. The Executive Chef of Pirgos Mavromichali is George Xynos.

We dined at this hotel twice during our stay.

George is very charismatic and a talented young man. I believe the family is lucky to have him and I consider him an asset to the Hotel.

He was telling me that in his free time he dives and indeed the fish-soup we had ...
