    ... The drive to Pantanal was awesome as we finally got some cold beer into us and enjoyed spotting all the different wildlife on the side of the road in our Safari 4wd. We were in the Amazon after all!

    ... i landed - i was back to work mode, i had worked alot over the weekend , but i had had so much fun, it was almost impossible that i had gone away only for the weekend - i was joking with Fernanda saying that i didnt think i could spend more than a weekend with them, because anything more than that would be detrimental to the way my thought process worked and i might just come back and quit my job !

    Lovely lovely weekend - cant wait for my next trip with them :)

    ... a profit, the auditorium that is being completed and their kitchen. It was explained to us that all the PRODUCE (not processed foods) were all locally grown and used. I LOVED IT!!! Daphne is doing a GREAT job with Portuguese and was able to interpret for us. It was funny BC at one point Daphne was talking for me and she was saying everything in English - I was like Daphne, you're talking in English. It was funny!
