    • Everything is a lot further away than you think! The Irish concept of distance is so far off!

      ... of people, mostly brazilians but a few gringos. On the subway there I was speaking in English to two of the Brazilians and a canadian guy next to us spoke to us. He had lived in Aberdeen for a while working for an oil service company and had come to SP for the world cup, he said that he was surprised to hear a Scottish accent in Brazil!
