    23/06/2014 - Leaving Rome

    Fourth morning we picked up the car, a nice modern fiat. We had a 5 minute drive back too hotel to collect our bags, poor Steve was in a sweat when we got there, even though car was just around the corner.     ... In both Roma and Napoli small cars are it. Very few big cars. Cars are squeezed into gaps quite how I am unsure. Simon could have parked this red one though!

    The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Napoli - is one of the world's oldest shopping malls. A large open renovated building with four wings. It had mainly 'brand' shops and cafés. We had a nice light lunch at one.

    First impression was when we got off the train from Sorrento (dodging the beggars and pickpockets as we left the main station). Got to Maccas to get some free wifi (not food) and we were only 2kms from our hotel so we decided to walk. BAD MOVE!!!!! We learnt 2 valuable tips today. Google maps does work offline as long as you have loaded the map in your area first while you have wifi (very useful!!). It ...
