    ... 4.30pm return ferry to Naples.

    We arrived back in Naples to witness a street protest march. There were several hundred marchers and not a big police presence but there was no problems.

    We decided to try a restaurant recommended by Federica which was very close to our accommodation. We had a Pizza and placed an order for a second course.

    We met up with Jacques and Marina, and had a lovely dinner at Le Camperelle, overlooking the Augustus gardens, and the sea. After dinner, we walked back thru this charmingly magical village, to a waiting taxi at the other end. A quick, hair raising ride down and we were back in Milena within minutes.

    Quick nightcaps topside, reliving such a beautiful day, before we hugged, and went to bed.

    ... I found myself captivated by his stories. We were able to stop in Cassino for a cappuccino and chocolate croissant for breakfast and soon we were back on the bus for the second half of the trip to Mount Vesuvius.

    We arrived at Mount Vesuvius and it was beautiful. We drove most of the way up the mountain and then once we reached the top portion, the bus had to drop us off so we could hike the rest of the way at about a 30-degree ...

    ... credit card in his back pocket which he had not used yet. Now the pickpockets at the train station are well reported on travel blogs but this one takes the biscuit! Apparently there is a new scam out where, using some device, they can scan the card whilst it is in your pocket without stealing it.
