Stopped off at the market on the way back to buy some vegetables (list written in Thai by Cook in restaurant) to bring home. She assures me they can be chopped up and put in the freezer when I get home! I'll have to dig out the recipe books, we're loving the Thai food now.....

... searching. We ran the full spectrum of emotions. We got deep, laughed a lot, cried some, set new goals and met new friends. We both fully enjoyed the feeling of no stress (something neither of us feel often!) and the relaxed, carefree spirit of the Thai people. Thailand gets into your heart and soul, it truly is a magical place and one I know I will return to (likely VERY soon). I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to travel, it truly is a gift not to be ...
