It was low tide for us so we didn't enter but just seeing the beauty of these islands with their over hanging limestone ledges and canoeing under them was amazing. Christmas Day at the island's infamous Full Moon Party on Haad Rin beach but, being in our late 20s and knowing it would be noisy and littered with white trash scrubbers, we opted for shelter forty minutes north at a place called JB Hut on Haad Yao beach.
