I decided to go back to the Stampede that afternoon so I got directions from the Best Western where I had stayed and walked for the train! It was full of people all dressed in their country western gear and once we got to Victoria Park Stampede, everyone piled off, and again, we all got straight through with no queues!! ...

... Trisha....a very welcome bunch after our long flight! Our decent into the Perth airport was not very nice....horrific turbulence for about 40 minutes through the clouds, and wind.....OMG when will we hit the ground! Safe and sound and no looking out of the window for sure!!! Perth was experiencing one of the worst storms in 15 years....go figure.
