... After wandering about the streets, markets and so on I decided it was time to get on it. Although this proved harder than expected, with most bars having more staff than punters - in one of them I was outnumbered eight-to-one. Ridiculous. However, I was not to be deterred, and after some wandering, I managed to find somewhere that was busy enough. There I met a good bunch of expats who have settled in the town, including - but not limited to - Jenny, Adam, ...

... voucher... It was certainly an experience, the poor men trying to convince us we need a suit for work while we are lying left right and centre to try and get out and show him we really don't need his suits!!! Next stop temple 2. This was the Wat Benchamabopitr or the marble temple. It was very pretty but as we wandered around the almost deserted site we couldn't help but think maybe this wasn't one of the safe areas. Jewelry was next here we ...

... out the party, but on arrival we found out you had to pay 600Baht (£12ish) to get in and it didn't look the greatest so we all turned around and headed to a cool beach bar we had passed on the way that was playing deep house. We all had a few drinks and chatted/danced here for a couple of hours before heading back to our place and having another mini post drinks before deciding to go to bed at the early (relatively) time of ...

    A Miraculous recovery

Thankfully after my lost day due to a mysterious illness I miraculously recovered, and so did the quality of weather. Today we sailed on, and I've decided I could get quite used to this. As we sail we are free to lay in the beanbags in the sun and read whilst feasting on copious amounts of wonderful food and fruits and biscuits prepared for us. Then when we stop we can jump off the boat and snorkel or kayak in to nearby beaches to explore. It's a hard life indeed.
