It was certainly an experience, the poor men trying to convince us we need a suit for work while we are lying left right and centre to try and get out and show him we really don't need his suits!!!     ... to professional chefs as they are selfish!

    They get us started on some chopping of garlic, lemon grass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves etc and we move onto making green and red curry pastes. It seems pretty simple but I do wonder where we would get all the ingredients from in the UK. She tells us that when we make the city pastes at home, make them in a big batch and put it in ice cube trays, we already do this with fresh herbs.

    ... were plain but ended up being full of fake sausage and some other weird stuff. It went in the bin pretty quick. The maker also had a huge area of tables where people would sit to eat their food and it was very funny watching everyone fight over seats as it was all full. There was also a stage where people were occasionally singing but it was really out of tune!! Found this happens a lot out here.
