... and hardly any people so I had my own compartment - was really nice and relaxing. Then we stop at this one stop for longer than usual. I was a bit worried I missed a direction because I was by myself this time. Then I saw a police officer and he yelled something and moved on - of course not in English. Was I to stay/leave? ... Beautiful. In this area, we also saw the Church of St. Mark, the Sabor (Croatian parliament), Ban's Palace (prime minister's office), and a plaque honouring the famous Croat Nikola Tesla. Lunch, shopping, and siesta followed. We found a gem of a local restaurant for supper - Gallo. Seafood carpaccio, local pasta (fuszi) with truffles, fresh dorado, and dessert. ... delicioso pra tomar aquela breja gelada sentado numa mesa na calçada. Bem, o Brasil perdeu, como era de se esperar. E nos??? Tomamos a noite toda, demos muita risada, depois trocamos de bar, mais muita besteira, bebida e risada de novo.
