David and Nadia are part of the Swartland Revolution focusing on producing terroir led wines from old vines with little oak, low sulphur and wild ferments.     WWOOF: World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms or the official moochers club. Either way, we had a great time working at Fynbos Wine Estate in the gorgeous Western Cape farm town, Malmesbury (see map).
