... some photos and enjoy the view but didn't make low tide in time to head down and check out the archways along the coastline, in which it is known for.  We get back in the car and make the 2 hour drive to Santiago de Compostela. I manage to fall asleep and wake up with 20minutes to go. But as I'd taken in all the sites of Grado last night (took nearly 15 mins) I stayed in bed this morning and didn't leave until nearly 11am. This was necessary partly because someone seemed to have omitted to fit the windows with glass and so spent the night counting the passing lorries on the main ...

... to our place Hostal Brasas in about 10 minutes. We wanted to get there early to run errands, as we needed to get to the post office to pick up our stuff we sent ahead in Santander, and send it a bit further to Santiago.

Being that we got there early, I think it was before 8 am, our hostess had told us just to call her when we got there and she would open up and get us checked in. This sweet old lady in her bathrobe ...
