... island as well, it seems... Here the houses are pretty basic, mostly of wood. A fishing town, Anse la Raye has a nice beach, with cliffs rising on either end. So this morning we did get back to the gym to try and burn off a few more of those calories. I treated myself to a massage by Bernadette from the Captain anemone Spa centre. It was very good. Bernie is from the Phillipines and has been doing massage on cruise ships for many years, but this was her first time on a sailing ship. ... 11 of course. So we were checked for metals etc. with a wand and then boarded the helicopter. I think we were all pretty surprised at how fun the pilot made it.
